blackout day
On this memorable day I found that children
indeed are a sign. When the blackout on the East coast began, my oldest
daughter began to have a very different and long labor, leading up to
the birth of her third child, Isaiah. She was, like many people on the
East Coast, wondering "what in the world is going on." As you
can see the change of the light part of a range of hills in California
(called the Grapevine) into a very darkened shadowy part on the left.
